A recently formulated product that is distributed by independent Team Beachbody Coaches is making some relatively amazing statements and if true, this may be one of the finest weight loss or meal replacement shakes to ever hit the market.

Beachbody claims that Shakeology® offers the opportunity to lose weight, improve your energy level, helps with digestion and regularity, lowers cholesterol, tastes good, and does it all with a low glycemic index. The company claims that their patent-pending nutritional shake can help eliminate toxins while at the same time facilitates your body to absorb required nutrients.

If it genuinely does lower cholesterol, lessen cravings and help you reduce weight which can in turn possibly save even more money due to improved health, it may balance out the cost, but the expense to get there can be appreciably more than some can afford.
